METHOD 1- UNINSTALLS AND REINSTALLS THE RAZER DEVICE INSTALLED ON WINDOWS
Download and install the Razer Synapse driver from the official website. Also, make sure you are logged in with an administrator account while installing the driver.
Step 1:
Open Run using Win + R command > Type devmgmt.msc > OK
Step 2:
Expand Human Interface Devices and then click Keyboard.
Step 3:
Find Mouse and Other Pointing > Expand.
Step 4:
Right-click on Razer Device > Uninstall.
Step 5:
Go to Programs from the Search menu > Apps and features.
Step 6:
Select Razer Synapse and click on Uninstall option.
Step 7:
Now disconnect all Razer devices from the system. Reconnect after 5 minutes.
Windows will install the drivers for your Razer device and Razer Synapse will start working again.
METHOD 2: DISABLE RAZER SURROUND
Step 1:
Uninstall Synapse > Delete Old Files.
Step 2:
Download Razer Synapse > Install Software > Connect Synapse to Internet.
Step 3:
Click Razer Surround > Cancel. Do not update. Restart your PC and check if the problem is resolved when done.
METHOD 3: UNINSTALL/DISABLE ANTIVIRUS
